Tom is a retired Marine officer and founder of multiple businesses and initiatives since his retirement from the Marine Corps in 1999.
As the founder of the Veteran Executives Network, Tom looks to bring veteran decision makers together to assist one another in the betterment of each others causes.
As the Principal of Ridgeback Business Solutions, Tom leads the assessment and solutioning that allow Ridgeback’s clients to increase their productivity, efficiency and profitability. Ridgeback focuses on solving strategic level issues through leadership development, recruiting top talent, focused 21st century marketing and executing priority initiatives through project and program management.

Scott Jensen serves as the Operations Director here at VEN. Scott is the founder of Alpine Global Solutions and launched his service at the urging of colleagues across the military, private business and nonprofits, who had experienced his ability to generate lasting change and alignment in leadership, work culture, staff effectiveness, and operational practices

David Dadich serves as VEN’s Membership Director and is responsible for attracting new members and help connect them by executing group meetings that will facilitate productive networking as well helping build member teams to support business pursuits,
David is a customer-focused, extroverted Leader with a natural ability for building new business and forging relationships with vendors, clients, and external business partners. He has a motivational management style with a proven history of building, guiding and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for growth, and leads the DoD Business Development Team at Maximus Federal.

Aaron is a veteran Marine and business professional who loves helping people and brands build trust, get seen, and be bold.
Aaron serves as VEN’s Marketing and Communications Director and is responsible for building the platforms and communication plans that will help VEN members leverage existing networks. Aaron loves helping people and businesses achieve their very best. He is the proud owner of Bold Strategy Group, a company that helps companies and brands build trust, gain visibility, and ultimately open up more opportunity (or your money back!).
