Meet Scott Jensen of Alpine Global Solutions - Founder and VEN Operations Director
Scott thrives on helping clients optimize the productivity of their workplace. After he was selected by the Commandant of the Marine Corps to lead it’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response efforts, Scott realized that caring for people—and ensuring their workplace is optimized for their performance—would be a keystone for his future professional endeavors.
Scott’s focus on maximizing management and operational success began early in life but crystallized professionally through a series of experiences:
► Hand selected to lead 3500+ individuals operating all the active duty Marine helicopters east of the Mississippi River
► Concerned that we had lost sight of knowing and caring intimately about each of the individual under our charge
► Implemented new tools enabling my leaders and me to better understand and engage individuals, helping them avoid dangerous behavior while ensuring success
► Effort was highlighted for replication across other units—impacting over 35,000 individuals
► Selected to lead the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program to addressing the needs of individuals in across the Corps and upgrade work environments and cultures in all units
► Promoted to lead the Corp’s behavioral programs—a springboard to my civilian career
► Pursued by ACE to lead their leadership development and diversity and inclusion efforts supporting leaders at over 1800 higher education institutions
► Invited by the board of directors of POD to be the Chief Executive Officer
